The NEXT 2005 Protocol for the Survey of Computed Tomography has been published as an official CRCPD publication (CRCPD Publication E-08-2).  This document contains the survey procedures developed to collect information for a population-representative reference database documenting general CT practice and indicators of patient dose, and characterizing the impact of new technologies and clinical applications. The NEXT CT body phantom must be used with this survey protocol in order to compare acquired CT radiation data with existing NEXT survey results.  For the document, Acrobat 7.0 or higher is required.  Also available as part of this document:  CT Facility Questionnaire.xls and CT Survey Form.xls.
