J. Dale McHard

WHEREAS:

The Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors, Inc. (CRCPD) has for over fifteen years, participated in the development and publication of the Suggested State Regulations for the Control of Radiation; and

WHEREAS:

These Suggested State Regulations for the Control of Radiation have proven invaluable as guidance to the States in the development and promulgation of radiation control regulations; and

WHEREAS:

The Technical Review Committee, which for over ten years, was responsible for the uniformity and accuracy of these suggested state regulations; and

WHEREAS:

J. Dale McHard, of the State of Oklahoma did, for more than ten years, serve in an exemplary manner as Chairman of the Technical Review Committee; and

WHEREAS:

That under Mr. McHard's leadership of the Technical Review Committee, the Suggested State Regulations for the Control of Radiation have been recognized as being comprehensive, accurate, and uniform in application;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

The Executive Board of the CRCPD, hereby recognizes and commends J. Dale McHard for his valued, tireless efforts and contributions to state and local radiation control programs as Chairman of the Technical Review Committee.
