Board of Directors Resolution
 [May 23, 1985]

James W. Miller, D.D.S.    

WHEREAS:

James W. Miller, D.D.S., will be retiring from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and as a result of such retirement, will also be leaving his position as FDA Liaison to the Executive Board, and;

WHEREAS:

James W. Miller has been Liaison to the Executive Board for over seventeen (17) years, and;

WHEREAS:

While serving as this Liaison, Dr. Miller has provided continuous guidance and direction to the Executive Board, resulting in growth and progress of the Conference, and;

WHEREAS:

The loss of such sound guidance and direction, as provided by Dr. Miller, will be strongly missed;

THEREFORE:

Be it resolved that, on this date, James W. Miller, D.D.S., is hereby declared an honorary member of the Executive Board of the Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors, Inc.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That as an honorary member to the Executive Board, Dr. Miller has an open invitation to attend any future meetings of the Executive Board, and as such, to participate in any and all deliberations of the Executive Board.
