CRCPD is sponsoring this 19th National Radon Training Conference with the financial assistance of the Office of Radiation and Indoor Air, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

We encourage you to preregister - it is easier and faster than registering on-site.  You can preregister by mail, or by fax through September 11, 2009.  After that date you will need to register on-site.  For mailed and faxed registrations, CRCPD has to have received your registration form AND payment or a purchase order by September 11, 2009.

 

Cancellation Policy:  If conference registration cancellation becomes necessary, CRCPD will refund the fee paid less a $25.00 administrative fee if CRCPD receives written notice of cancellation by September 11, 2009.  If CRCPD receives notice of cancellation after September 11, 2009, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.  CRCPD will be unable to issue guest fee refunds for the Reception and Night Out after September 11, 2009.
