This Part establishes criteria for issuance and terms and conditions upon which the Agency issues licenses to receive title to, receive, possess, use, transfer, or deliver source and byproduct materials and for the operation of facilities for, and the disposition of the byproduct material resulting from, uranium or thorium processing. These regulations also provide for the longtermcare and custody of byproduct material.
