The Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors (CRCPD) is accepting applications for the Executive Director position. This full-time position manages, directs, and operates a central headquarters office for CRCPD activities under the direction of the CRCPD Board of Directors. Additional duties include but are not limited to:

  • Advises the CRCPD Board of Directors on technical and administrative issues affecting radiological health and state and local radiation control programs.

  • Manages and directs the CRCPD’s central headquarters technical and program activities.

  • Serves as a point of contact for technical issues.

  • Prepares and submits applications for grants and contracts on behalf of CRCPD.

  • Interacts with governmental, professional, industrial, and private groups in areas of interest and concern to the CRCPD.

  • Represents CRCPD at national and international meetings and conferences by participating in working groups and providing presentations to advance and promote the CRCPD’s activities and mission.

This position requires extensive travel but can work remotely with the Board’s approval.

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
