CRCPD Call for Abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentations
Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 59th National Conference on Radiation Control, scheduled for May 23-27, 2027 in Rancho Mirage, CA. We invite you to share your knowledge, experiences, and innovative approaches that support CRCPD’s mission and strengthen radiation protection programs across the country.
The Annual Conference provides a collaborative forum to exchange ideas, discuss emerging issues, showcase successful initiatives, and promote professional development. Your presentation plays an important role in creating a valuable and engaging conference experience for attendees.
Please review the following submission guidelines before submitting your abstract:
- Abstract submissions must be received by November 2, 2026.
- One abstract per submission.
- Speaker bios are required on submission and limited to 150 words each.
- Speaker headshots are requested with submission, but not required. Headshots must be submitted by April 30, 2027.
- For presentations with multiple speakers, a bio and contact information must be provided for each presenter.
- Accepted presentations should reflect the content and objectives described in the submitted abstract.
- Presenters are responsible for their own travel and conference expenses.
- Proposals intended primarily to promote or market commercial products or services will not be accepted.
