Parts C, E, G, [I], [M], N, Q, and T of these regulations, provide for the licensing of radioactive material. No person shall manufacture, produce, receive, possess, use, transfer, own, [dispose,] or acquire radioactive material except as authorized pursuant to Parts C, E, G, [I], [M], N, Q, or T of these regulations, or as otherwise provided in these Parts.
